Notes:
- Registration is mandatory to attend the conference.
- The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, materials, coffee breaks, meals, events, and social activities during the first 3 days of the conference (1-3 July 2026). Extra social and networking activities around London will be arranged for 4th July 2026, organised by ICSR committee, organisers and participants. Please see the programme for details.
- At least one Standard or Student registration is required per accepted paper or workshop for inclusion in the conference programme. Day Pass and Grand Challenge Competition Pass registrations do not cover this requirement.
- Workshop organisers and participants are required to register for the conference.
- To support Grand Challenge competition finalists, who are often students, we offer a special reduced registration rate. This registration allows finalists to attend the entire conference.
- Day Pass registration is intended for participants attending the conference for a single day.
