Presentation Instructions:

  • Regular papers (main track and special sessions):
    • Each presentation is allocated 8 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters are requested to bring their own laptop equipped with an HDMI connection. Please arrive at your session room at least 5 minutes before the session starts to coordinate with the session chairs.
    • For inquiries regarding main track papers, please contact Prof. Mariacarla Staffa (mariacarla.staffa@uniparthenope.it).
    • For matters related to special session papers, please contact Prof. José Carlos Castillo (jocastil@ing.uc3m.es).
  • Short papers:
    • Authors may optionally deliver an in-person teaser presentation consisting of one slide and one minute. In addition, the submitted image, video, or poster will be displayed continuously throughout the conference. Please refer to communications from the short paper chairs for further details.
    • For inquiries regarding short papers, please contact Prof. Alessandra Sorrentino (alessandra.sorrentino@unifi.it).
  • Grand challenge:
    • Each finalist will be allocated time for a presentation and may include a live demonstration within the assigned presentation slot. Please refer to communications from the grand challenge chairs for detailed instructions.
