- ICSR Grand Challenge Finalists should register and attend ICSR to present their work. To support Grand Challenge competition finalists, who are often students, we offer a special reduced registration rate (Grand Challenge Competition Finalists Pass). This registration allows finalists to attend the entire conference. At least one registration is required per team. One registration per person is mandatory to attend the conference.

- Grand Challenge finalists should present their work during the conference. Presentations will take place on the first day of the conference on 1st July 2026 from 2 to 6 pm in Debate Hall, while the announcement of results and awards will occur on 3rd July 2026.
- Each finalist will have time for their presentation, with the option to include a live demo within the allotted time.
- If Grand Challenge Finalists choose to conduct a live demonstration during their presentation, they are responsible for all logistical aspects of the demonstration, including transport, set-up, insurance, health and safety compliance, and any other relevant requirements. Live demonstrations may be conducted within the designated demonstration area at the front of the Debate Hall.
