ICSR Travel Grant Sponsorship
In addition to the sponsorship packages listed above, we warmly welcome organisations and individuals to support the ICSR 2026 Travel Grant Programme.
Purpose:
The ICSR Travel Grant enables talented researchers, students, and practitioners who face financial barriers to participate in ICSR 2026. Your sponsorship helps ensure that promising contributors, regardless of background or geography, can attend and enrich the conference community.
Suggested Contribution:
£2,000 per grant
What Your Sponsorship Supports:
- ICSR 2026 will issue an open call for Travel Grant applications.
- Each grant will support travel and accommodation costs for selected participants.
- Recipients will also receive a full registration fee waiver supported by the conference.
- Selection will be carried out by the conference committee, with priority given to:
- Presenters
- Students and early-career individuals
- Applicants from countries with limited funding opportunities
- Members of underrepresented groups
